1. Service Description
FollowCheap provides social media marketing services designed to help grow your online presence. Our services deliver followers, members, and subscribers to your social media accounts. These services are intended to complement, not replace, organic growth strategies. We do not guarantee specific engagement rates, viral content, or monetization outcomes. Results vary based on content quality and overall strategy.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Cryptomus. We accept cryptocurrency payments. All sales are final once delivery begins. Prices are displayed in USD.
3. Free Trial
Each user is entitled to one free trial of 1000 followers per email address and per channel. Abuse of the trial system will result in permanent service denial.
4. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 24-72 hours from payment confirmation. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you may request a full refund.
5. 30-Day Stability Guarantee
All monthly subscription plans include a 30-day stability guarantee. If followers drop by more than 5% within 30 days, we will automatically refill at no additional cost.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver within the guaranteed timeframe. Once delivery has started, no refunds will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without any fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for channels promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, adult content, or any content that violates platform Terms of Service.
9. Liability
FollowCheap is not responsible for any actions taken by platforms against your channel. We do not guarantee that followers will engage with your content.
